I ran.

I ran. No! This is not about the country of Iran. I ran. I moved. I left the house on foot. I ran downtown and back.

As I wrote the previous sentence a few days ago, my body was cooling down. I was about to get ready for another great day of ministry. I have since finished that day.

You see, my body has to have excercise in order to function properly, which helps me maintain good health. This body is transporting me from this life to the next. Without moving intentionally in rapid succession and with the purpose of experiencing a little self inflicted pain (discipline) and accelerated heartbeat, I probably would cut short God's purpose for my life; and, so will you.

I honestly believe, all of the running I have done over the past 24 years has helped me stay alive and enjoy better health.

Gotta go! Gotta run!

"He was the runner...with the torch of life in his hand...through the doors of death and the gates of hell...on and on he ran! He said "because I'm ascending...greater things shall you do! GO YE INTO THE WORLD!! I PASS THE POWER ON TO YOU!" Run with the power! Carry the light! We run by faith and not by sight!! Run Pastor Brady Run!!! Love you Dad!

Very inspirational, Pastor B :) Very inspirational indeed! Indeed! I just read both of your October blogs...now that I have a moment to breathe from being slightly overwhelmed....doesn't seem so bad after all...I'll probably get into something else to be overwhelmed with again. It's a cycle that you hope ends and then you hope it begins again....so you begin to make plans...I wonder where I left my running shoes... :)
