Debbie Schreffler is leading about 38 of our Christ-followers on a 'grace' journey. This group gathers each Sunday afternoon from 5:00-6:30 p.m. The study is entitled "My Life, His Signature," Grace in Me. We are learning about God's unconditional love and how He is looking for truth in our "inner parts." She's encouraging us to look at our own hearts very closely, in order to get in position for God to reveal Himself in and through us. I'm sensing that more of our folks are learning to hear God's voice.
It would be interesting to hear from some of you who are taking this 'grace' journey. What is God saying to you?

I have enjoyed this class. I have found out the real meaning of "the flesh" and how it has been in control at times. I really like learning of the relationship between The Holy Spirit and my spirit. It is my heartfelt desire to bring myself closer and closer to God through this class. Thank you Trinity for this opportunity. Trey
Thanks for responding! I was glad Debbie pointed out the difference between 'acts' of the sinful nature and the 'fruit' of the Spirit. (Gal. 5:19ff) Early in my faith journey I found great relief when God "sent forth his light" (Ps. 43:3) that "I live, yet not I, but Christ lives in me..." (Gal. 2:20)
I am learning so, much in the Circle of Grace class.
Prior to the class starting I decided that I wasn't going to go due to the "routinees" (Definition: Regular yet, sometimes rigorous routines that catch up with you and nag at your backside screaming do me, do me first)
I asked Joe to keep me updated so, I would have my spirit in the right place!
Yeah right, you know where I am going with this...
I felt bad about not going even before the first class was held. The week that followed the first class I had such a strong conviction. I bolted out of the gate like a race horse to get to the second class. Truly, we will all be winners in the end if we allow the spirit to work within us! I am very blessed to know I must put myself in the right place in order to follow my Holy Spirit.
